Her boyfriend Justin Gaston was in tow, along with dad Billy Ray, a gaggle of girlfriends and her brand new Maltipoo puppy, Sophie.
Miles seemed unfazed by the masses of photographers swarming outside as she enjoyed her shake. The teen queen even shared her treat, feeding her boyfriend and her dog bites of her concoction.
