Jennifer Lopez is a self-proclaimed "girl's girl"—and it's easy to see why.
Speaking with E! News on Wednesday to chat about her forthcoming animated film Home, the 45-year-old star revealed she is a big fan of powerhouse females in the industry, praising both her co-star Rihanna as well as pal Demi Lovato.
"I'm a huge Rihanna fan…and I feel like she's such a girl's girl, which I love, because I'm a girl's girl and she seems very sweet," Lopez said of her co-star, who plays her character's daughter in the film, although the two had zero interaction since the movie is animated. "And I love the edginess about her and I think she did a really great job in this film."
Asked whether she would ever do a duet with the Barbadian beauty, the multihyphenate replied, "Absolutely! Who wouldn't?!"
During her sit-down, Lopez also touched on her friendship with Lovato, who recently called the mother of two an "inspiration" for being a "strong, confident woman."
"We met and hit it off and just kind of kept in touch," she said of the "Skyscraper" singer. "She's an amazing girl and I love her. You can't explain why you just hit it off with someone because I met a lot of people in the industry…but she's so beyond her years, she's such a smart girl and very deep and soulful, which you can hear in her music and in her voice. And I just enjoy spending time with her. We don't get to spend a lot of time together, it's once in a while here and there, but we always have a fun time."
Aside from singing Demi and Rihanna's praises, the thrice-divorced star revealed that she is still single after splitting with Casper Smart last spring.
"I mingle a little bit here and there, but, you know, I'm single," she said.
