Get ready for a new generation of March sisters!

There's a Little Women remake happening, sources confirm to E! News. Former Sony executive Amy Pascal will reportedly produce this adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's book, and she won't be the first one to do so. There have been many Little Women remakes before—including a 1933 version starring Katharine Hepburn and a 1949 film starring Elizabeth Taylor—but the most recent 1994 adaptation is the one with which you're probably the most familiar...

Yes, that Little Women remake, starring Winona Ryder (as Jo), Kirsten Dunst (Amy), Trini Alvarado (Meg) and Claire Danes (Beth) is a classic in its own right! Admittedly, it's going to be tough to try and match this dream cast, but there's a lot of talent out there in young Hollywood. Here are the ladies we think would be perfect to play the March sisters!

Kiernan Shipka as "Jo": The Mad Men star, 15, has no trouble owning a scene! Jo is outspoken, sure, but so is Sally Draper. The post-Civil War period of Little Women is a lot different than the swanky '60s of Mad Men, but Kiernan is a talented young woman who seems more than capable of bringing the depth and ferocity needed to portray a beloved character like Jo.

Maggie Elizabeth Jones as Amy: Remember Ben and Kate, the short-lived Fox comedy that aired from 2012 to 2013? In it, Dakota Johnson played a single mom and Maggie was her darling, precocious little girl. The now 11-year-old actress is as cute ever and knows how to deliver a line. Also, bonus points to this little lady for having a cherubic face that reminds us of a young Dunst!

Bailee Madison as Meg: You might recognize her from Just Go With It, the 2011 rom-com where she played Jennifer Aniston's onscreen daughter. The now 15-year-old star has quite an impressive IMDB page for a teen, too, and has portrayed everything from a young Snow White in Once Upon a Time to Sophia Quinn on The Fosters. Next up, Meg March?

Rowan Blanchard as Beth: This 13-year-old Girl Meets World star is a pro when it comes to comedy and drama. Beth is an emotional character, to say the least, which could have an effect on the actor playing her. That said, Rowan's Girl Meets World parents Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel would be pretty solid mentors if she needed any guidance wading through the waters of child stardom.

As for Mrs. March? Susan Sarandon has barely aged since 1994, so casting directors, set this one out and let this lovely lady reprise her same role 21 years later!
