We can't wait to see what's in store for the Frozen sequel.

And neither can Josh Gad, who plays the hilarious snowman Olaf.

"I'm just excited that they announced it," Gad told me at the South by Southwest premiere of The Comedians, his hysterical new Curb your Enthusiasm-esque FX series with Billy Crystal. "I have complete faith in the creative team and I'm excited to hear that it's happening at this point."

Disney announced via Twitter last week that "@DisneyAnimation [is] developing #Frozen2 with Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee." No release date or productions details have been released.

It was also just announced that Gad will play LeFou in a live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast.

In The Comedians (premiering April 9 on FX), Gad and Crystal play versions of themselves as they star together on a sketch comedy show.

The series marks Crystal's return to series television in more than 30 years.

"In this point in my career, I've had this amazing opportunity to work with masters of their craft, whether it's [Book of Mormon creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker] or Jon Stewart and so that definitely prepares you, but the opportunity to work with somebody who I literally grew up and at the age of five knowing and watching and studying is a dream come true. I watched him do Saturday Night Live at such a young age...and now cut to I'm working with this amazing legend. It's fun. It's really fun," he dished.

I'll have more from Gad and Crystal later on, but also don't forget to watch E! News tonight at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. for a lot more scoop from SXSW.
