True, Reese Witherspoon knows how to run a red carpet, but it's her en pointe street style that makes us go weak at the knees. Floral prints, flirty skirts, ballet flats and cardigans are all staples in her rotation, and we adore her sophisticated-yet-wearable style. But don't confuse wearable with affordable: Her all-American-girl style doesn't quite fit the average gal's budget. Let's review.

The 38-year-old nailed the effortless chic look while out in Brentwood this week, carrying a fresh spring bouquet to compliment her cheery ensemble. She paired a $425 white Milly blazer over a $60 basic J.Crew t-shirt. Adding a pop of color to her otherwise all-white ensemble, the actress chose a beautiful floral peplum skirt. But this isn't just any floral skirt; it's Dolce & Gabbana, and it'll set you back a whopping $1,025.

Next up? Shoes and accessories. The Oscar-winner's Tabitha Simmons wedges gave the pint-sized blonde some added height… at a $545 price tag. And in keeping with the crisp white color theme, she added a classic tote by The Row that rings in at a hefty $2,850.

And of course, what California look is complete without a pair of sunnies?  Reese's Thierry Lasry shades tie the look together, and add an extra $475 to the tab.

And the grand total is…. $5,380!

Breaking it down piece-by-piece:
Milly blazer - $425
J.Crew blouse - $60
Dolce & Gabbana skirt - $1,025
Tabitha Simmons wedges - $545
The Row tote - $2,850
Thierry Lasry sunnies - $475
