Watch: Chelsea Clinton Talks Motherhood and Daughter Charlotte

Chelsea Clinton loves being a mommy!

The former first daughter and hubby Marc Mezvinsky welcomed daughter Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky on Sept. 26, 2014, but they're not the only ones loving this little lady: Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton are happily back in baby mode, too! Afterr hosting The Clinton Foundation's "No Ceilings Initiative" presentation Monday in New York, Chelsea told E! News' Maria Menounos just how "wonderful [it is] to see my parents as grandparents!"

"They're so sweet," gushed Chelsea, whose mom Hillary co-hosted the gender equality summit. "They keep saying, 'It's even better' than they thought it would be, and just to watch them rediscover how to give a bottle, how to change a diaper, how to hold a baby..."

Maria, like the rest of us, wanted to know just who was really changing Charlotte's diapers! The answer? "Everybody's changed a diaper by this point," Chelsea insisted. "She's more than five months old, everybody's changed a diaper, everybody''s given her a bottle...I'm not surprised that my parents have been so engaged, I think it's just surprised me how much joy it's given me."

Also giving this first-time mama a lot of joy is the fact that her family is working with women and men around the world on The Full Participation Project, a data-driven approach to gender equality. Hillary and Bill clearly raised a socially conscious daughter who cared about the world at large—something Chelsea, too, hopes to do. So what did Bill and Hillary do as parents that Chelsea is "so grateful" for to this day and hopes to pass on to her own daughter as well? Watch the clip above to find out
