Music legend sets some of Kanye West's wife's random musings to music in a segment even better than Celebrity Mean Tweets

Forget Celebrity Mean TweetsBette Midler sang Kim Kardashian's tweets on Monday's Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The late-night host introduced his talented guest, saying, "Here to sing some of the famous tweets from a woman for whom she named one of her chickens, Miss Kim Kardashian, please welcome Bette Midler..."

The curtains opened, and the 69-year-old musical icon appeared! Midler, backed by a talented pianist, lent her lovely voice to a few of Kanye West's wife's random musings on the social networking site. "What color is that dress?" She sang, referencing a Kardashian tweet about The Dress from just two weeks ago. "I see white and gold Kanye sees black and blue, Who is color blind?"

Midler took some creative liberty with another Kardashian tweet, adding a "bippity boppity boo" on when she sang the actual tweet, "Ugh, I hate falling asleep with all my makeup on."

And when Midler added music to a newsworthy tweet Kardashian posted in 2013 while pregnant with North West, fans threw roses onstage in appreciation! She crooned, "I never thought I would ever say this... But I'm wearing flats today."

Ha! At the moment, Kardashian, 34, is pretty busy with Paris Fashion Week, but when she does have time to check out Midler's tribute to her tweets, she'll very likely be quite amused. Back in 2010, actually, she tweeted excitedly about meeting the diva. "OMGI Just met Bette Midler!" she wrote. "She said she watched the show! DYING! Beaches is my all time favorite movie! I really love her!"

The ladies had another Twitter moment circa 2013, when Midler suggested a then-expectant Kardashian "would look adorable in the maternity clothes they have just on my block!!" Kim retweeted the fellow social media star, adding, "Let's go shopping!"

It all comes full circle, huh? Something tells us, too, that this particular Kimmel spoof won't result in a Twitter outburst quite like the one West had when the comedian mocked one of his more outspoken interviews in 2013.
