By now Emily Maynard probably knows the sex of the baby she's expecing with husband Tyler Johnson—but she's not spilling the beans yet!
"The cutest gender reveal cake I ever could've imagined," she showed off the confounding confection on Instagram. "Thank you @thewowfactorcakes for making our announcement so special! I'll let you all know once I tell all our family first :) Any guesses?"
Alas, the darling dessert looks pretty 50-50—half pink hearts, half blue trimming the sides, while the cake toppers spelling out "BABY" and every other word of "Pink or blue, we love you!" alternated in color as well.
Sweet genius!
Maynard revealed in January that she was pregnant, showing off her baby bump and jokingly blaming it on "too much pizza." Her and Johnson's new addition is due in July and will join Maynard's daughter Ricki in the family fold.
From the sound of it, the earlier part of her pregnancy was a bit of a trial, but the morning sickness phase seemed to have passed by last month.
"Finally to the somewhat fun part of being pregnant where I get to eat every 10 minutes and not get sick," she captioned a pic of herself (wearing Jessica Simpson brand maternity jeans!) on Feb. 6. "Yay! I got asked if I was giving birth to a litter and no, as far as I know there's only 1 in there."
Maynard and Johnson, whom she first met at her church, tied the knot last June at the groom's family's farm in Charlotte, N.C.
The bride wore a Modern Trusseau gown with blush-colored accents and Ricki wore a mini version of the designer's "Teacup" wedding dress, with similar detailing on the bodice as her mom's.
Meanwhile, we should know whether Ricki is getting a little brother or sister soon...
