There's nothing like wisdom from one's elders—even if your elder is just a few years ahead of you at the game of life.

Taylor Swift issued Lady Gaga a pretty epic compliment yesterday, and Gaga returned the love right back, so we're thinking that this could be the begining of a most beautiful friendship (if not the full-on romance Gaga cheekily left the door open for during one of our tell-all interviews with Howard Stern).

"Is it just me or is Lady Gaga, like, fully LIVING right now?!? #goals," Taylor offered up Sunday, just your usual weekend observation...

And Mother Monster got wind of Taylor's sentiment this afternoon, writing, "@taylorswift13 wow you're a sweetheart! Life is friends, family, and love! We all see that in you, your prince charming will come!"

Never an unwelcome sentiment!

Taylor, however, has predicted that Prince Charming isn't going to pop up for at least five years. She told London's Telegraph in a recent interview that, by the time she's 30, "I'll probably still be single."

"Let's be honest," the "Love Story" singer added, "no one's going to sign up for this and everything that goes with it. ‘Hi, nice to meet you, want a date? Do you love camera flashes? I hope you do!'"

But Gaga didn't just send that reassurance to Swift just to be nice—she's been a fan of Taylor's ways for some time!

In the aforementioned Stern interview, the ARTPOP artist said about Swift, "I can't say anything bad about her...I like this girl. She said the same thing to my face that she said behind my back."

Asked, of course, if she could envision like-liking Swift, Gaga, who was dating at the time but has since gotten engaged to longtime beau Taylor Kinney, replied, "I don't think she would be into that. If she's interested, she can call me."
