"I had to kiss Jude about 90 times and I didn't want to laugh, but it seemed so ridiculous. What in the world am I doing kissing Jude Law? He's Jude...and I'm...me."

So says Norah Jones, about the grueling ordeal she withstood filming her new flick, My Blueberry Nights.

It's a dirty job, at least if you're doing it right, but somebody's got to do it. Obviously, the multiple Grammy-winning singer wasn't complaining. And though Jones claims to have no acting aspirations or track record, she found a director who knew how to get the most out of her for this flick about a confused young woman who has a bad breakup and takes a road trip to clear her head.

Hong Kong director Kar-Wai Wong put Jones' lack of experience to good use, reportedly giving her some interesting acting advice. "He told me not to take acting lessons," says Jones. "He just wanted me to be raw and natural. So in many ways the entire movie was one big acting lesson."

Yeah, except for the part that was one big kissing lesson.
