Watch: Is Kelsey From "The Bachelor" Still a Guidance Counselor?

Kelsey Poe loves her story.

If fans of The Bachelor have learned anything during Chris Soules' season, it's that. One of the franchise's most "controversial" contestants in recent history, Kelsey was accused of faking a panic attack by the other women just after finally telling Chris that she was a widow after her husband had tragically died 18 months earlier. And Kelsey, a high school guidance counselor. "Isn't my story amazing? It's tragic, but it's amazing," Kelsey said after. "I love my story." (Anyone else just feel a chill go up their spine?)

In the following episode, Chris sent Kelsey home, along with Ashley I., on their now-infamous two-on-one date in the Badlands. But after her elimination, did Kelsey return to her old job, helping to shape the minds of America's future?

"I'm transitioning actually. I've been working in schools for a while," Kelsey tells E! News in an exclusive interview, "And to be on the show I needed to take a step back from my position because I couldn't do both and I didn't want to sacrifice the children's needs, so I resigned from that before going on the show."

And Kelsey has discovered a new passion and is now pursuing that, revealing to us, "Now, I am becoming a writer."

Another option Kelsey is open to is appearing on another reality dating TV show. Yes, that's right. She's totally game to go on Bachelor in Paradise, The Bachelor's spinoff that finds cast-offs looking for love with other not-the-ones in an exotic location (the first season was set in Tulum, Mexico).

"After this long road of the ups and downs of being on The Bachelor, I might need to go on a vacation," Kelsey says.

The Bachelor's Women Tell All special airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.
