Two hundred finalists have been named in Time magazine's readers' poll of the 100 most influential people in the world. Aliens, if you planning on showing up to make an assessment of our planet, this would be a bad week to do it.

Britney Spears is ranked No. 2, a full 102 people ahead of Condoleezza Rice–who herself is only listed just above Simon Cowell. Rice, at least, fared better than our commander-in-chief whose global influence placed him at an embarrassingly low 185th, several notches below the cast of High School Musical.

To recap: Never mind who has the power to blow this precious blue marble to pieces; when it comes to global influence, it’s less about a guy named Bush than a woman who famously flashed hers.
