The two cuddled and stared lovingly into each other's eyes as they arrived at the event, where the Twilight actress and several other celebrities were honored for their humanitarian work.
Reed, 26, and Somerhalder, 36 and best known for his role as Damon in The Vampire Diaries, got engaged more than a month ago after dating for at least six months.
At the Noble Awards, the Twilight actress was honored for her work with the Wildlife Waystation, a non-profit animal sanctuary, and the Ian Somerhalder Foundation.

She also flashed her gorgeous, flower-shaped engagement ring.
Reed and Somerhalder, who shared a bevy of adopted animals, have not announced a wedding date.
Also at the Noble Awards, Zelda Williams paid tribute to her late father Robin Williams and presented an award to the Challenged Athletes Foundation, a non-profit group the actor supported.
The late Paul Walker, founder of Reach Out Worldwide, was also honored, as was David Arquette, who has worked for many years with Feeding America.
