Oh, and its sole purpose is to find kinky sex partners. Basically, you specify what...stuff...you're looking to try out, and the app matches you to people with similar interests. Whiplr is marketing itself as the safer alternative to Craigslist personal ads (although, to be fair, it's not hard to be safer than Craigslist).
