Audrina's shopping bags aren't the only things tipping us off to the finishing touches being added to the Hollywood Hills house she'll share with Lauren.

An E! News spy spotted the Hills sidekick browsing the Beverly Hills Pottery Barn on Monday, accompanied by two corporate-looking ladies.

Only, Audrina seemed less interested in nesting, says our source, and more interested in lunch. "She kept whining about where they were going to eat."

In fact, it was one of Audrina's companions who paid the tab for the Pottery Barn purchases.

We expect the girls' favorite breakfast cereal to be stamped on their foreheads any day now.
