No lipstick? No problem.

From awards season red carpets to ready-to-wear runway shows, the world of beauty is having a less-is-more moment. To nail your own woke-up-like-this glow, beauty vlogger Marianna Hewitt shows us how to achieve a makeup look so deceptive, it looks like you're rocking nothing at all.

The first step? Solid skin care. Hewitt started by applying Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream, an anti-aging moisturizer that aims to help stimulate skin cell turnover. By hydrating the skin before applying makeup, she created an even canvas and hydrated base for foundation.

Next, Hewitt applied a light layer of foundation in a color that matches the skin. The trick here is to use a light hand to keep from looking washed out. Use your fingers, a brush or blending sponge to gently dab foundation around the face (starting from the jawline and hairline, moving in to the center of the face), then blend, blend, blend.

To camouflage dark circles beneath the eyes, Hewitt gently pressed a pea-sized dab of concealer to the darker spots under the eyes, working from the outer to inner corner of the eyes, right up to the lower lash line.

After perfecting your complexion, add a healthy flush by applying a cream blush to the apples of the cheeks. Then, enhance your lashes with a single coat of mascara to keep the look light and natural.

Finally, create the perfect nude lip by shading the entire surface with nude lip liner. Hewitt suggested picking a color two shades darker than your skin tone to keep your pucker from looking pasty. Top it with a clear or nude gloss to make lips appear fuller and complete the dewy look.

The result? An illuminated, wear-it-anywhere look with coverage so discreet, only the natural you shines through.
