When you're nine-months pregnant, you probably can't be expected to do much except try to relax, but Molly Sims made an exception when she made an appearance at the Tom Ford fashion show.

Talking to E! News' Zanna Roberts Rassi, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model not only gushed about the designer and his collection, but also dished about her second pregnancy!

"We are near," she revealed when asked about her due date. Although she was unable to attend New York Fashion Week due to some doctor-mandated rest, Sims admitted that she was so excited to have been able to attend his Los Angeles show, dressed in one of his designs of course. Naturally, she looked absolutely stunning at the event.

"Tom Ford put me in this dress, and I have to say I don't come out at nine months for very many things but I came out for him," she said. "He's amazing."

She was "beyond thrilled" to announce her pregnancy on her blog in September, posting an adorable pic of herself and her son, Brooks. She covered up her growing baby bump with a chalkboard that revealed she was four months along. Sims and her husband, Ted 2 producer Scott Stuber, welcomed their firstborn in June 2012.

"I can't even being to explain just how excited we are for a new baby. We are so, so, so blessed as a family, and I'm speechless at the fact that we have the opportunity to bring a second bundle of joy into the world," the actress wrote.

"As a new mom to Brooks, an entire world of motherhood opened to me along with a thousand and one questions. I absolutely cannot wait to see what life will be like as a mother to a toddler and a newborn, and I really can't wait to see Brooks as an older brother to Baby #2! I just know that he's going to be preciously protective," she continued. "If it's a girl, he'll be her biggest supporter and confident and if it's a boy, I know they'll be the best of friends, always getting into adventures together."

Well, it's almost time for the whole family to find out! Congratulations again to the growing family!
