Sing it, Jennifer Hudson.
The Oscar winner brought down the house at the 2015 Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday, where she belted out the tune "I Can't Let Go" from Smash.
Swapping her yellow Romona Keveza red carpet dress for a glittery black gown and gorgeous diamond earrings, the 33-year-old stunner sang her heart out on the giant stage, letting her killer vocals steal the spotlight.
Meryl Streep introduced the in memoriam segment, which remembered talented actors such as Robin Williams, James Garner, Mickey Rooney, Maya Angelou, Misty Upham and many more.
"As we reflect tonight on the loss of so many talented people it's hard not to feel that emptiness…" Streep said before a video played, paying tribute to those we have lost. "Through their work, they shared a piece of their soul and so we will miss them with the same sadness we'd miss an old friend."
"This is for all the people who have shared their talent and their lives with us," the Dreamgirls stunner said as she took the stage with a flurry of Oscar statuettes serving as the background.
This isn't the first time Hudson has performed a tribute during an award show. She previously performed "I Will Always Love You" at the 2012 Grammys following the tragic and sudden death of Whitney Houston.
