America Ferrera hit the 2015 Oscars red carpet in an airy, ombré Jenny Packham gown that seemed to just, well, float across the red carpet. The actress accessorized her sheer overlay frock with a dark red hexagonal clutch and Irene Neuwirth jewelry, including a stunning pair of turquoise drop earrings (no really, much more to be said on that bling later).
The How to Train Your Dragon 2 star caught up with E! Live From the Red Carpet host Ryan Seacrest, gushing over the Oscar-nominated flick: "Good storytelling is just good storytelling," Ferrera said. "The talent of the writer and director of this film and the animators who make us feel things by watching animated characters. It's magnificent these days. There are so many beautiful animated films this year and we're happy to be here among them."
The actress also opened up about the movie she's currently producing with husband Ryan Piers Williams: "[X/Y is a] film that we made together that I produced and he wrote and directed," she shared. (The film is set to be released March 6.)
