Rick Salomon has responded to Pamela Anderson's divorce filing.

E! News has learned the 47-year-old star has filed legal documents seeking an annulment of their marriage. The case was filed in Las Vegas on Wednesday.

According to TMZ, Salomon says Anderson deceived him, and while he does divulge specific details, he is asking for a judge to rule that there is no community marital property.

Last week, Anderson filed for divorce from Salomon for the third time. Her rep had no comment with the exception of the following: "It's a private matter. Pamela felt best to let go of a difficult situation."

The Baywatch beauty is reportedly is seeking spousal support from Rick, who is a notable poker champion.

Anderson and Salomon originally married in October 2007, but the 46-year-old star filed to have her marriage annulled shortly thereafter in February. However, the split didn't last and the two eventually tied the knot (again) on Jan. 9, 2014, after about six years apart.

Less than six months later, on July 3, Pamela filed for divorce, but later requested the judge toss out her request because she and her on-again off-again husband had reconciled their "irreconcilable differences."

This was the third marriage for Anderson and second for Salomon, not including their previously annulled union and Rick's marriage to Shannen Doherty, which was also annulled. Anderson has two sons with first ex-husband Tommy Lee, while Salomon has two daughters with his first wife, Elizabeth Daily.
