Mother Monster posted another beautiful snapshot of her diamond from beau Taylor Kinney and this time highlighted the part of her ring that she holds closest to her heart.
"My favorite part of my engagement ring, Taylor and Lorraine designed 'T(heart) S' in white diamonds on the band," the singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, wrote. "He always called me by my birth name. Since our very first date. I'm such a happy bride-to-be! I can't stop smiling!!"
Seriously?! That's the cutest thing ever.
The singer revealed the very happy engagement news to her Instagram followers on Valentine's Day—even more fitting because Taylor gave Gaga a massive, heart-shaped diamond that was designed by none other than renowned jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.
"Congratulations to this wonderful romantic and super cool couple! wishing you all the happiness in the world," Schwartz wrote on Instagram with a photo of the gorgeous bling. Lorraine also confirmed she designed the ring to E! News, calling it "the most beautiful" and "high quality" diamond.
And as you might imagine, a ring like that probably cost a pretty penny!
"Lady Gaga's center stone is a heart-shaped diamond, approximately 6 carats," said Zaven Ghanimian, CEO of Simon G. Jewelry. "I would estimate at least SI1 clarity or better, G color or better. For a stone of this size and quality, the price could be up to $400,000. The setting looks to be a simple solitaire with pavé diamonds down the side."
