The 35-year-old actress and her killer six-pack abs are gracing the latest cover of Shape magazine.
For the sexy cover image, the blond beauty flaunts her super-toned tummy and all-around fit physique in a dark sports bra, camouflage leggings and an unzipped vest. Hudson strikes a sizzling pose while showing off her rock-hard body. Hudson shows off her sexy abs again inside the mag while wearing a crop-top tee paired with shiny gold short shorts.
In a third photo, Hudson looks fresh-faced and gorgeous with her hair cascading around her face. The close-up glamor shot perfectly captures the star's natural beauty.
In addition to the hot pics, Hudson also opened up to Shape about her disdain for strict diets. "I hate the idea. It puts so much pressure on people to lose weight quickly. Getting healthy is not a two-week process, it's a change of lifestyle," she dished.
The Almost Famous actress also talked fitness.
"I've been switching up from softer stuff, like Pilates ad yoga, to more aggressive activities like TRX and boxing. I really enjoy sweating it out, and it helps clear my mind," Hudson said. "It's not about trying to look good physically, it's important to get oxygen to my brain and feel like my blood is really circulating. I love skiing, walking, hiking and especially riding my bike. It makes me feel like a kid again."
