How Did Britney Give the Paps the Slip?

She's been dating a paparazzo and gets in and out of their cars at will, but when it's important, Britney apparently has no problem avoiding photographers.

So, just how did the infamous pop tart manage to avoid being spotted when she left the UCLA Medical Center on Wednesday?

A source tells E! News that police took extra precautions to ensure her privacy and even used the code name Karen to smuggle her out.

But we think more extreme efforts must have been used to successfully evade detection.
