Newlyweds Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard took to Instagram to honor the loving holiday, and the 19 Kids and Counting stars also gave fans a glimpse of how they were going to celebrate their special day (and first Valentine's Day since swapping vows) over the weekend.

"Happy Valentine's Day from the Dillards! #love," Derick captioned a sweet photograph on IG. The snapshot was of a romantic spread that included the items listed above on their bed that also showed a "Mr. & Mrs." pillow.

Of course, the two lovebirds had to opt for a non-alcoholic beverage because Jill is pregnant and about to give birth to their first child!

While her hubby shared a sneak peek of their romantic V-Day, Jill chose to post a throwback picture from their wedding with a sweet caption that gushed about her main squeeze and included a Bible verse.

"Everyday I thank God for my valentine! He is so caring, self-sacrificing, loving, Godly, sensitive, compassionate, passionate, humble, brave, strong, steady, fun, sweet...and on and on I could go!," she began.

The reality stars also celebrated their future arrival with a family-filled baby shower late last week and shared a sweet photo of the celebration on Instagram for all to see.

The future father credited his Walmart co-workers for putting together the big bash, and wrote, "Thank you to my awesome team at work for putting on an unforgettable baby shower for Jill and me!#babydilly #19kids #firstbabyshowerexperience," as a caption to the candid shot.
