Adnan: It's Sam or Me!

Someone has finally given Britney an ultimatum.

Sources tell E! Online that Brit’s press-happy paparazzo, Adnan Ghalib, told her to choose between him and Sam Lutfi during a lunch date at Jerry's Famous Deli in Studio City Wednesday afternoon.

"Adnan feels that Sam is a bad influence in her life and told her she needs to realize this and kick him out," says a source close to the photographer.

Part of Adnan’s tough-love talk also included telling Brit that she seriously "needs to get her life straight and back together." 

The two hadn’t seen each other since Monday night's high-speed freeway drama. But Adnan’s timing today couldn't have been more perfect...

Earlier, Britney launched into Sam in front of paparazzi, shouting at him to let her drive her new Mercedes convertible—indicating that he could be on the outs with Brit, at least temporarily. Nothing is a given with this girl.

Her parents, however, aren’t flip-flopping. A Spears family source tells E! Online that they agree with Adnan and that the family would very much like to "get Sam out of her life." The source adds that "we don't know what he has on her" that is keeping her from getting rid of him.

Maybe Britney has already made her choice: She and Adnan left Jerry's in her SLK350 (he drove) and headed to her Summit home. Upon entering the community gates, a source says Britney was overheard telling the Summit guards to "always" let Adnan access her place, no matter what.  Adnan had been denied access on Monday night, reportedly at Sam's direction.

Soon after arriving at the Summit, Adnan was spotted leaving the compound alone, hitching a ride with a fellow paparazzo. Sources close to Adnan tell E! Online the move was a part of his ultimatum: He vowed never to set foot in Brit’s mansion again if Sam was there. But when they returned from Jerry's today, he discovered Sam was in the house and promptly left.

Adnan's paparazzi pals say Britney emerged minutes later and drove toward the Beverly Hills Hotel, where the two are holed up as of Wednesday evening.

Looks like round one goes to Adnan.
