UPDATE: Wait, there's more! A rep for Saturday Night Live confirms both 'N Sync and The Backstreet Boys will be attending Sunday's show. Start the countdown!

Sorry to bust your Valentine's Day plans fellas, but the guys of ‘N Sync may have delivered the best present possible.

Just one day before NBC is set to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Saturday Night Live with a three hour plus special, it appears one of America's favorite boy bands could be making a grand appearance.

"Together again…" the band tweeted Saturday morning. "Gee, it's good to be together again #SNL40."

Insert major freak-out now!

And if you need more proof that something serious is going down, Chris Kirkpatrick also took to Twitter where he revealed a trip to the Big Apple.

"My day so far," he shared with his followers. "Friend ran over my foot, early flight to NYC canceled, but sitting at bar with my favorite person in the world makes it ok!"

Earlier this week, Justin Timberlake reveled he would definitely be a part of the anniversary telecast when he shared a picture behind the scenes.

"Writing session for #SNL40," he wrote. "@JimmyFallon is onto something funny…We think. This Sunday!!" Ummm, maybe you're onto something amazing J.T.

The last time Timberlake, Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and J.C. Chasez were all together on the same stage was back in 2013 when they performed a medley of hits at the MTV Video Music Awards.

And although the gang hasn't been seen together as much as their fans would like them to be, the boy band has assured us that they've always stayed in touch.

"I couldn't imagine getting married without those boys being right there," Bass recently shared with E! News before most of the guys attended his wedding. Boy banders forever?!

Saturday Night Live's 40th anniversary special airs Sunday night at 8 p.m. with a red carpet special starting at 7 p.m. only on NBC.
