Teresa Giudice is doing well!

Although the Real Housewives of New Jersey star remains imprisoned at Danbury Correctional Facility, the reality star has found a routine that works for her. A source tells E! News exclusively that not only is Teresa exercising three times a day, she is also keeping up with her style.

"She says [exercise] helps her sleep. She does cardio, bikes, weights and even Pilates. She does not miss a day, she does it religiously. She is extremely fit right now," the source tells us. "She says it herself, she's in the best shape of her life. People find different things to focus on when they're in prison, this is what she's throwing herself into."

The Northeast has been experiencing some pretty intense snowstorms, so Teresa hasn't been able to take advantage of the prison's grounds. But when the weather gets warmer, the source tells E! News that Teresa intends to use the prison's "really nice" outdoor track.

Despite being "in the best shape of her life," the source admits that eating healthily has been difficult for the Italian-American cook, but she finds ways to keep up with her good eating habits.

"She's doing her best to eat right, but it's a challenge. The prepared food is processed and meals include a lot of starches and carbs," the source dishes. "She's been very diligent in seeking alternatives—items from the commissary that are healthier.

"She always attends breakfast, lunch and dinner, but sometimes she'll skip the meal and get something from the commissary after, like tuna," the source adds.

And, according to our source, life inside the prison really is like Orange Is the New Black! Teresa has been getting her hair colored and styled and has even received some manicures.

"She wears the commissary makeup...There are inmates who specialize in hair, others who do manicures and pedicures. In return, you have to share your skill with them or pay them back with commissary items. That's what Teresa does," the source says.

"So for example, if she's told her hair will cost ten dollars, she'll buy ten dollars worth of commissary items for the person who does it. They submit their shopping list and she pays."

But her newfound regimen isn't the only thing that has helped her acclimate to her environment. The source dishes that since entering Danbury she has finally lost the pre-prison "angst" that was a consistent source of stress in her life.

"Overall, she looks about ten years younger. Refreshed. All the angst leading up to her sentence is over. The stress has been lifted," the source says. "She doesn't have to worry about the girls, they're in good hands. The only thing she's responsible for is getting herself through this.

"A lot has been taken off her shoulders and it shows. People would be very surprised to see her now."
