What does the leader of the free world do when he's all by himself? Well, what many of us do.

In a Buzzfeed video titled "Things Everybody Does But Doesn't Talk About" and posted on the outlet's Facebook page on Thursday, President Barack Obama checks himself out in a mirror, makes silly faces, tries on a pair of sunglasses and snaps photos of himself...using a selfie stick.

The satirical clip was fllmed to promote the U.S. leader's Affordable Care Act before its annual open enrollment period ends on Feb. 15. In the video, Obama practices part of a speech about it.

He also doodles a sketch of his wife, First Lady Michelle Obama, pretends to shoot hoops in his office and runs into a common, frustrating conundrum—discovering that his cookie is far too large to dunk in milk without breaking it, producing a devastating "clink" sound of cookie-meets-glass.

"Thanks, Obama," he jokes.

Sadly, there is no singing.

Watch the video below.

Last year, Obama appeared in a mock interview on Zach Galifianakis' online talk show Between Two Ferns to promote the Affordable Care Act.

The BuzzFeed video accompanied an interview, during which the president talked about the health insurance reform and other political issues. The clip drew both praise and criticism, including from The Washington Post, which featured a post titled, "Which image of Obama mugging for BuzzFeed's cameras diminishes the presidency the most, ranked."
