Jeff Vespa/WireImage.comJoel Madden got out the glitter pen for this girlie announcement. The Good Charlotte rocker put up a post about his baby daughter on his DCMA clothing site, and you couldn't find a prouder papa (or shrewder businessman).

But while pimping the biz is okay, Madden says he and Nicole weren't accepting gifts, cards or calls while at Cedars but that if fans still want to send something, they can contribute to the Richie-Madden Foundation they created in Harlow Winter Kate's honor, dedicated to "bringing meaningful opportunities to children in all corners of the globe."
"She looks so much like her mom its crazy! She eats like a little maniac and shes really sweet," writes Joel. (Ah, who needs punctuation when they're blogging?) "She barely ever cries, even when daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me i suck when it comes to diapers, but im learning!
