Brit on Her Way to Court?

Seems like the world has been monitoring Brit's movements (or lack thereof) this morning to see whether she'd appear in court at 9:30 a.m. to fight for her kids at a crucial custody hearing.

She didn't show.

But now a source tells E! News she has decided to attend after all.

We're no legal experts, but common sense tells us that arriving in court at least three hours late—especially when your ex got there a half hour early—doesn't seem like it will go over well with the court commissioner presiding over your case. 

We're just sayin'.
