Perez Hilton seems to think so. The blogger says the two went on a romantic date to the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Wednesday night.

"No paparazzi," says his source of the clandestine meeting. "Since their relationship is new, they wanna keep things as private as possible."

And last month, Lindsay was spotted at his apartment in NYC.

But this is the most important element in judging any budding relationship Linds might have: Was Paris there first? In this case, the answer is yes.
