You're killing us with these relationship teases, Selena Gomez!

Yes, we've heard countless times that the "Come and Get It" singer is collaborating with DJ Zedd. And multiple sources have told E! News they are just friends.

But then why are their social media pictures so freaking cute?!

On Monday night, Gomez got fans buzzing once again with her latest post featuring her rumored EDM boyfriend dressed in a classic suit. "Harry to my Sally," she captioned online. "#Feb22 #IWYTK."

The photo may speak for itself, but what about those hashtags?

For starters, "IWYTK" could be the abbreviation for their new collaboration rumored to be titled "I Want You to Know." And the special day may just be the time when fans can hear this special sound.

"I'll leave it at this: I have a good feeling you might hear it before the end of the month," One Republic singer Ryan Tedder shared with Billboard over Grammys weekend. "The new Zedd-Selena record that has been buzzing about? That's my song."

He added, "[Zedd] crushed it. I went on a run today and listened to it on repeat in my headphones. And Selena did a bang-up job. She killed it."

While fans eagerly wait for the single to drop, some can't help but speculate as to whether or not this work relationship has turned into something more.

When asked about the pair's relationship status, a source close to Gomez told E! News. "Everything is going great with him. She is really happy and they are having fun."

Other friends, however, have their guards up for the 22-year-old.

"Selena's friends are a little bit wary while remaining hopeful," an insider shared with E! News. "But ultimately right now, he is making Selena happy and he is not Justin Bieber so that's a good thing."

Perhaps the heart really just wants what it wants.
