The 2015 BAFTA Awards weren't chock-full of surprises, but no one could've predicted just how gorgeous David Beckham would look in that tux!

The retired soccer star/underwear model/hunky father of four presented the BAFTA Award for Best British Film to The Theory of Everything's cast and crew—and as you can see, he held his own amongst the movie stars!

Theory of Everything star Eddie Redmayne and his portrayal of Stephen Hawking won the BAFTA Award for Best Actor, and the renowned astrophysicist himself was inside London's Royal Opear House to see it firsthand!

It was actually Boyhood, though, that nabbed Best Picture. Tom Cruise (!) looked as handsome as ever as he presented the award. Boyhood star Patricia Arquette also nabbed a Best Supporting Actress award, while Richard Linklater was named Best Director for his work on the film.

Although Benedict Cumberbatch's Imitation Game performance failed to stop Redmayne's winning streak, his name drew significant attention from BAFTA Awards host Stephen Fry! "If you pass it through an Enigma machine it decodes as 'red hot public school totty,'" he quipped.

Ah, well, that explains things.
