If your BFF is Taylor Swift, you might as well believe her.
The "Shake It Off" singer revealed her date for Sunday's 57th Annual Grammy Awards today and, drum roll please, it's childhood bestie Abigail Anderson!
"My date to the Grammys is........ @abigail_lauren!! We'll try to dress as well in 2015 as we did in 2005.#GetReady," Taylor shared an Instagram photo of the two when they were, yes, 15, and either playing dress-up or about to hit the most hipster of winter formals.
And yes, they should wear tiaras this weekend, too.
"My dad's advice to me before leaving for LA; 'Keep your hands washed, Abigail!'" Abigail herself tweeted yesterday before flying out for the big show. So she's ready to roll!
And while Taylor has already given her regrets about why she won't be performing at the Grammys this year, we do expect her to put on a show from her front-row seat of the dance-party variety.
Not only does her choice of low-stress date pretty much ensure that she'll have a crazy-good time (not to mention new besties like the Haim sisters will be there), but Taylor has a shot at adding three shiny new Grammys to her trophy case.
She's up for Best Pop Solo Performance for "Shake It Off," and the hit single is also nominated for Song of the Year and Record of the Year.
Win or lose, it's gonna be a night to remember.
