The 22-year-old pop star got a new tat on Thursday as a tribute to her pufferfish, PBF, who recently passed away. The tiny fish is placed on the inside of her left arm, near her existing tattoo of a moon crescent.
Celebrity tattoo artist Dr. Woo of Shamrock Social Club posted an image of the design on his personal Instagram account, captioning the shot with a simple, "R I P PBF @mileycyrus."
While Cyrus has yet to debut the tat on her personal social media page, the "Wrecking Ball" beauty did post about the death of her bevolved pufferfish, sharing a pic of her pet while writing, "I hate goodbyes."
Of course, this isn't the first time Miley, who has several tattoos, has honored one of her animals with some fresh new ink. She previously got a tattoo of her deceased dog Floyd on her rib cage, which features the late Alaskan Klei Kee's face and reads, "W!th a little help from my fwends."
It's no secret that the short-haired stunner loves to connect with her fans on Instagram, and last month, she posted about the one-year anniversary of Floyd's passing. "in just a few months it'll be a year since this baby went to da end of da rainbow he's waitin for me," she wrote of Photoshopped pic where she's seated next to Floyd, who has angel wings.
Meanwhile, Miley has been busy supporting boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger ahead of the 57th Annual Grammy Awards this weekend (where, presumably, he'll return the favor). The eyebrow-raising pop star most recently attended the opening of the USC student's latest business venture, Blaze Pizza, where she posed for pics with her man and his pals.
