The 47-year-old actress stepped out at the Berlin Film Festival yesterday missing at least a foot of her formerly lengthy tresses. Yep, Kidman officially joined the bob bandwagon, rocking a slick asymmetrical lob. Also of note: Kidman's typically strawberry blond locks are looking much less strawberry these days. As of late, her hair hue's returned to a softer beige shade.
Nicole's experimented with her tresses quite a bit in the past, playing with color, texture and length on more than one occasion. Naturally, the Australian actress has tightly-wound ringlets, but it's her ultra-sleek sheen that we're more accustomed to these days. She's also flip-flopped back and forth from soft reds to blond hair colors, and has even been known to try out chocolate tones from time to time. And while she's rocked hair shorter before, we're declaring this polished new lob her best short haircut yet.
The Paddington star isn't the only formerly long-haired lady to embrace the bob (or in this case lob), with Brooklyn Decker also chopping off 10-inches of mane last month. Even Real Housewife Joanna Krupa and Still Alice star Kate Bosworth have trimmed their long blond hair into glossy cropped cuts recently.
