The late Paul Walker plays one of the most badass dads there is in his final film, Furious 7, the new Fast & Furious sequel.

A new trailer, released on Wednesday, combines scenes from the first major teaser, posted online in November, and a promo that aired during the 2015 Super Bowl this past Sunday, as well as a few new ones—such as one showing Dom, played by Vin Diesel, holding a slightly burned family photo showing him and girlfriend Letty, played by Michelle Rodriguez, with Paul Walker's character Brian, his partner Mia, portrayed by Jordana Brewster, and their baby boy, Jack, who was introduced in the previous movie.

The film is set for release on April 3. This is Walker's final movie. The actor died at age 40 in 2013 in a car accident. He left behind a daughter, Meadow, now 16. She posted a touching photo of the two after the Super Bowl spot aired.

In the new Furious 7 trailer, there is also a new close-up look at Walker's character behind the wheel of a car, with a determined look at his face, getting ready to hit the gas pedal and race. So close you can see right into his baby blue eyes.

Like in the Super Bowl spot, Mia holds their baby in her arms as Brian looks over at them during a barbecue with their friends. Then there's huge house explosion, caused by a new baddie, played by Jason Statham.

Also seen in both the Super Bowl promo and the new trailer is a wider shot of a scene showing the group, including Brian, sporting formalwear and walking down a flight of stairs outside of a fancy structure in Abu Dhabi. The actor, who is wearing a gray suit and appears all the way on the left, is shown more prominently.

As previously seen, Walker is shown performing gravity-defying stunts, such as leaping off a bus falling off a cliff and grabbing onto a car teetering on the edge of it. Another amazing scene shows Vin Diesel's character driving a car, if you can call it "driving," between two skyscrapers.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who reprises his role as Luke Hobbs, is showing fighting Statham's character, the "big bad brother" of Fast & Furious 6 villain Owen Shaw, in an extended sneak peek of a scene. Ian is showing throwing a bomb and Hobbs appears to be blown away by the giant explosion and also falls from a tall building...suffering fewer injuries that you would probably expect.

More background on the villain is also provided, in the form of an altered line of dialogue.

He "lives in a world that doesn't play by your rules," says Kurt Russell, a franchise newcomer whose role has not been revealed. "Like it or not, you and your friends are a part of it now."

In the first trailer, his character was depicted as saying, in the same scene, "This is a world that doesn't play by your rules."

"I don't have friends," Vin Diesel replies, as Walker is shown. "I got family."
