Sure, Tom Brady had the cute kids with him and yada, yada, yada...
But look at Rob Gronkowski go!
The 25-year-old tight end was the boy of the ball at the New England Patriots' Super Bowl XLIX victory parade that meandered gloriously down the streets of Boston earlier today, Gronk re-entertaining the Patriots faithful by engaging in all sorts of light-hearted shenanigans.
Brady's go-to guy on the field was photographed in all manner of celebration, donning a minion beanie (the Minions trailer of course being one of the commercial highlights of the non-football portion of the game), dancing, climbing up the outside of the duck boat that ferried him and his teammates through the city, doing pushups and chugging cans of beer.
Obviously he was thirsty from all the pushups! And yes, at other times there was foam pouring out of his mouth at the same time.
While some guys who just won the biggest game of their lives might rest, catching a bunch of tide-turning passes and then fielding a punch from the opposing side after his team had clinched the game doesn't seem to have tired Gronkowski out at all!
And the Pro Bowler wasn't too tired to for one more catch—this tiny bottle of Fireball whiskey an adoring fan threw his way during the parade.
Gronk, your region salutes you.
