Luckily, E! News correspondent and go-getter Alicia Quarles has perfected the art of the healthy balance. In between jetting from coast to coast, interviewing A-listers and shooting segments, the E! "If I put in the work and I'm feeling good on the inside, I glow on the outside," she said.

Alicia is definitely what she eats. Nutrition plays a key role in helping her feel and look great. Of course, it doesn't come without its challenges. 

"I'm the kind of girl who does not like my vegetables," Alicia admitted. "I'm like a child."
