The Grammys are this weekend, which means that there's only one thing on our minds: Taylor Swift.

The singer sadly will not be performing at this Sunday's awards show, but we have confirmed that she will be busting a move. We've also confirmed that there's a 95 percent chance she'll have a BFF in tow, who'll be dancing with 50 percent of the enthusiasm. But, that's just something that comes along with a Swifty friendship: You'll always be the less enthusiastic dancer.

But besides that fact, being best friends with Taylor Swift is one of the most coveted roles in Hollywood. So coveted, in fact, that countless numbers of ladies (and men!) have cycled through the position. Everyone from Emma Stone to Karlie Kloss has played second fiddle to Taylor. Of course, there is always room for more friends, but for our purposes we're choosing to believe that there can only be one true Taylor Swift BFF.

So, we've decided to start a battle to the death for the title of Taylor's Coolest Friend. And we need your help to decide. We've split up her closest friends into four brackets, and will be voting tournament-style until someone comes out on top.

When you are a near-constant performer at Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows, you earn the privilege of spending quality time with the ladies in lingerie. Swift has made no secret of her love for Lily Aldridge, and Karlie Kloss even gets her own guest bedroom in Swift's New York City apartment (stocked with her line of cookies!). TayTay also parties with Cara Delevingne and model-turned-Hart of Dixie-actress Jaime King. If we could be a fly on the wall during one of those hang seshes...we'd probably end up feeling very insecure.

In an environment as tumultous as Hollywood, it's always a miracle when relationships last. So, props must be given to the BFFs who've been around for a while (or, rather, a while by Hollwood standards). Selena Gomez and Taylor bonded way back when they both dated Jonas Brothers. If that doesn't cement a friendship, we don't know what does. She met Emma Stone years and years ago at the Young Hollywood Awards, and Stone went on to introduce Taylor and Hailee Steinfeld. Jessica Szohr nabbed a coveted cameo in the "22" video, and she's been included on girls trips ever since.

The Collaborators

When you team up with Taylor Swift to record a song or go on tour, you don't just become her coworker. You become her friend. Whether it's willingly or not, you will soon find yourself ditching the studio for Hawaiian vacations, concert dates, and late-night milkshake stops. It's part of Taylor's charm that she befriends basically every one of her peers in the music industry. Except Katy Perry. Sorry, girl.

These days, social media allows you to make all sorts of connections. All a girl needs to do is send out a tweet to someone she admires and then the next thing you know you're having sleepovers with Lena Dunham on the regular. Even if you didn't think you liked the person at the beginning (cough, Lorde, cough), Taylor Swift will Twitter-charm your pants off. No one is safe from the grips of Tay's attempted friendships, but then again, why would anyone want to be?

Now it's time to kick off round one. Choose your favorites from the brackets below, and keep an eye out for the next round!
