Kim Zolciak is making headlines thanks to her Instagram yet again—but this time, there's no bikini pic involved.
Instead, the 36-year-old reality star took to the photo sharing site today to post a number of pics of her two youngest children, twins Kaia and Kane, who were at the doctor's office with mommy and daddy—Atlanta Falcon's star Kroy Biermann—to get vaccinated.
"My Princess! We are at the Doctors office! Getting shots all 4 of the little ones!!" the mother of six wrote of her adorable twins, as well as sons Kroy Jr., 3, and Kash Kade, 17 months. "#WeHaveTheBestPediatrician#ILeaveTheRoomAndIMakeDaddyStay."
Zolciak's little "princess" is killing us with cuteness in the sweet pic, in which she's showing off her girly side (apparently, she takes after her mama!), sporting a tutu skirt, a pink shirt and a matching knit cap with a rose on the side.
But that wasn't the only aww-worthy shot Kim had to share. She also posted the fashion credits for her baby girl's outfit (natch) in addition to sharing a shot of her son, who is also dressed in one of the cutest outfits we've ever seen (seriously, we can't get enough of that baby crown beanie).
Of course, in signature Zolciak fashion, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star added an extra dose of sass to her next shot, posting an image of little Kaia while calling out her "resting bitch face."
The "Don't Be Tardy" star and her hubby welcomed the twins in November 2013, and despite showing off her very large baby bump, the blond beauty was back to a size four just nine days after giving birth!
Most recently, the Bravo stunner flaunted her super-slim waist in an Instagram photo posted earlier this month—and clearly, she had no trouble bouncing back into shape.
