Vanderpump's number one rule? Don't be "damn rude!"
It's time for Kristen Doute to face the consequences of totally going off on SUR restaurant manager Diana in last week's episode of Vanderpump Rules in an intense sitdown with Lisa Vanderpump, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is not holding back. But neither is Kristen, who refuses to apologize for her behavior.
In our exclusive sneak peek at the duo's intense encounter in tonight's episode, Kristen tells her boss, "I'm not taking blame for this. Lisa, I'm sorry, with all respect, I will get up and walk out of here right now."
Whoa!
Though Lisa acknowledges that Kristen has "been here for seven years and you're like part of the family," she's over her drama and the "endless litany of bullshit." And Kristen isn't helping herself at all by talking about Lisa and making excuses, with Lisa finally saying, "Hearing her side of the story is almost like giving her rope to hang herself."

And while Kristen isn't apologetic in the clip, she expressed remorse on Twitter after the episode aired...and she received some major backlash, writing, "Well if I had a penny for every assault/death threat and suicide wish tonight I would be a millionaire." She added, "I couldn't be more sorry about the way I treated Diana. She walked in to an explosive argument & was just doing her job as a friend/manager."
