Let's be real: It's not hard to look fabulous with a dedicated beauty team behind you. It can, however, be extremely difficult to feel comfortable in your own skin.

Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but confidence comes from within—and no one knows that better than E! News correspondent Alicia Quarles.

The cool, laid-back TV personality exudes an energy that instantly puts you at ease. On camera, she's the stylish friend with inside access. Off camera, she is exactly the same—with a wine glass in hand.

Because friends help each other out, we asked Alicia, a card-carrying E! Style Collective member, to share the special moments in which she feels the most confident, the most secure, the most loved, the most happy—in other words, her best beautiful.

She relies on her friends, family (especially her adorable niece and nephew) and dog to give her a grounded perspective and support.

"I get my confidence from this incredible group of people that love me," she told E! News. "They feel like any success that I have is their success, and their success is my success. Also, when I'm playing with my dog Beckham…[I'm] obsessed. No matter what kind of day I've had, he doesn't care. He's just happy to see me."

Of course, the New Yorker knows there's no "I" in team.

"I have an awesome freaking team…of producers, of makeup artists, of friends," she said. "My stylist [PJ Pascual], he's a creative genius and funny as hell."

But it's also the little things, like simply walking around the city, discovering new things and just being present in life. Oh, and masks.

"I live for a mask," she gushed. "Really, I think I feel the most beautiful when I'm being healthy, but it can go both ways: If I'm actually taking care of myself and getting sleep...or when I'm having wine, laughing with my girlfriends."

Last but not least, she finds real solace and confidence in divinity.

"In the words of T.I., because I can get all good and hood," she admitted, ‘You can look me in my eyes, see I'm ready for whatever / Anythang, don't kill me, make me better.' Basically…if God is with me, who can be against me?"

No one.
