Beyoncé may wake up like this, but rest assured—there's a lot of work that goes into it!

Bey's been known to try out some hardcore dieting and fitness methods, and clearly, her hard work's paid off. Ahem, just look at her flawless physique for yourself! Sure, there are certain fitness secrets the singer keeps tight-lipped about, but now we're bringing you the best tips straight from Queen Bey's nutritionist, Marco Borges.

Sound familiar? Marco's the expert who guided Bey and hubby Jay Z through their 22-day vegan diet back in 2013. And as an exercise physiologist, best-selling author and the founder of 22 Days Nutrition, Marco knows his stuff when it comes to eating like perfectly toned celeb. But don't take it from us—check out his advice below!

Eat Your Greens: "Sure, green juice is popular right now but there's no better (or cheaper) way to enjoy the bountiful health benefits of greens than to eat them! And you might enjoy the, er, regularity that green veggies' fiber will give you, too."

Try a Vegan, Plant-Based Diet: "One of the best things we can do for ourselves is to eat a plant-based diet. What better way is there to eat more plants than to only eat pants?"

Eating Takes Planning, So Plan Ahead: "OK, so you might not have an assistant to help coordinate your meals but you don't really need one if you take the time to plan ahead. This makes it easier to stick to your intended goal of optimum health (oh yeah, and a slamming body for summer). At 22 Days Nutrition we have meal delivery plans that will make you feel like a celebrity but are priced for college student budgets."

Keep Cool With Water: "Ever notice most celebrities carrying around cool water bottles? Well it's not (just) because they're getting paid for it! These bottles make them cool both literally and figuratively: Water helps regulates body temperature and metabolize fat (among many other important functions), and when you choose a reusable glass bottle or a BPA-free plastic reusable bottle you're saying you also care about the planet."

Meals Are Meant To Be Enjoyed: "Part of the joy of eating is disconnecting from the hectic world we live in to enjoy the moment, even if it happens to be brief. Take time to sit and eat your meals (no, sitting in your car while driving doesn't count). This helps with digestion and can also be a good practice to help manage stress."
