The Daily Show's Jessica Williams may have as many hours in a day as Beyoncé, but like the rest of us, she knows the Grammy winner is practically superhuman.

"We're all trying to catch up with Beyoncé. We're all running a race, and Beyoncé is up there, and we're all just trying to run and get there," the comedian told Cosmopolitan.com at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this week.

"Everyone's just in her farts, in her dust. Everyone is in Beyoncé's farts," she said.

Williams, who was at the film festival to promote her upcoming film People, Places, Things, couldn't help but continue gushing about her idol—which makes sense given that her title is Senior Beyoncé Correspondent.

"Senior Beyoncé, don't ever forget that. I don't want that to be a question, if I'm junior—I'm senior. All correspondents do everything; we cover any topic. But you have certain things that your character can tackle better. I don't usually do things that have to do with economic policy or things like that. I just can't really wrap my brain around it, and so it's not my forte," she explained.

"Things with women's issues and black issues, I really care about those, so I've been lucky enough to catch those when they come around. And we get to pitch, too. People pitch for other people. We all just melt into each other. It's very open."
