What is happening to the ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?

Bravo released an extended scene featuring the fallout of pizzagate—can we call it pizzagate? It's a serious crime when pizza, yes even pizza from Malibu, gets thrown to the floor—with Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville, Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson picking up the dramatic pieces after the pizzagate poker blowout.

"You want to f---ing see ghetto? I'll show you ghetto," Brandi tells Kyle as the two sort of grapple in front of Eileen's garage.

Brandi goes on to tell Kyle how close she is with Kim, and then takes that story inside to Eileen who is just as rattled as viewers are. Didn't anybody tell her hosting parties on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills could devolve into this? Has she never seen the dinner party from hell? Or when the sisters Richards faced off against Brandi at game night?

Kyle eventually escaped Brandi's clutches and made her way to her car where she left with Lisa.

Lisa took to her Bravo blog to discuss the dramatic events of this week's episode.

"I'd like to note that Kyle wasn't the one to create any of this drama. It was Kim that chose to walk back in the house after Brandi had escorted her outside and told her NOT to go back in. There was a lot of alcohol and God knows what other drugs influencing a lot of the behaviors, so no matter what, the outcome wasn't going to be a good one," she wrote.

Later in the episode viewers learned Kim went to the hospital. Why? According her blog last week she was "struggling with bronchitis and pneumonia for weeks."

But Lisa followed up on those claims in her blog with a legitimate question. "Why did Kim go to Eileen's poker night if she was sick with pneumonia and bronchitis? I don't doubt that major illnesses like these made her feel terrible. So, then why go in the first place and then exacerbate these illnesses by smoking cigars all evening?"

The drama continues next week with more confrontations between Brandi, Kyle and Kim.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays, 9 p.m. on Bravo.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
