Chanelle Riggan gave judges at the Miss California USA Pageant quite an eyeful!
In exclusive video obtained by TMZ, the 21-year-old beauty queen (and Miss Beverly Hills USA) is seen accidentally whipping off her bikini top—and baring both boobs on stage—for all to see.
Chanelle handles the extreme wardrobe malfunction like a champ, and, with her sense of humor fully intact, gets the girls covered back up quickly. With a smile on her face, she even completes the full runway strut!
Shortly after TMZ posted the video of Chanelle's snafu, she posted an uplifting message to Twitter.

Besides, has there ever been a beauty pageant without a scandal of some sort? This past weekend Miss Colombia Paulina Vega was crowned Miss Universe, but Twitter was distraught, wanting Miss Jamaica Kaci Fennell to take the crown!
Kaci was a class act, though, telling E! News afterwards that the attention she received "was totally unexpected."
"I was so proud that I made the Top 5," she said. "It was such an amazing feeling."
As for the outcome? "I believe it went exactly how it should," she said. "I'm so happy I had this opportunity. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity."
