While Kristin Cavallari has previously confessed that she's a "freak about what I put in my mouth," the 28-year-old beauty still likes to indulge from time to time!

The erstwhile Hills star took to Instagram on Sunday to share evidence of that very fact, posting a photo in which she's chowing down on a giant pastry at the 2014 Miss Universe pageant with fellow judges Lisa Vanderpump and Louise Roe

"See..we do eat! @louiseroe @lisavanderpump," the mother of two captioned the pic

The image comes just days after the blond stunner made headlines when she opened up about her super-strict diet and exercise regime in an interview with E! News, admitting (much to the envy of many women) that she's currently trying to add muscle to her skinny frame because it's easy for her to look "too thin."

"I don't why or how, but after I had children, my body literally changed. And now for me, it's about trying to keep muscle on and gain muscle, so that, yeah, I don't look too thin," she explained. "It's very easy, because I have no curves, that I can look really skinny and I don't like that look. So, yes, I'm drinking protein shakes, I'm trying to put on muscle and I'm lifting very heavy weight right now."

Throughout the weekend, K.Cav kept her energy up by noshing on healthy foods such as fish tacos, salads and even drinking powdered greens, and she shared pics of her meals and all the BTS action in an online diary for E!.

Presumably while mom was away, Kristin's hubby, Jay Cutler, was left to tend to the couple's two children, Camden, 2, and Jaxon, eight months, and apparently, the NFL star had some trouble with solo daddy duty.

Harmlessly poking fun at her handsome husband, the fitness fanatic posted a screengrab of the pair's text message exchange—and we're pretty sure plenty of moms can relate.

"Contrary to what many people think, we don't have a thousand nannies," she wrote. "So with that being said, when I got home from LA 2 days ago this is what I landed to. Pretty hilarious. Ladies, u want your man to appreciate u? Leave them alone with the kids to see what we deal with!"

Too funny. Way to get called out, Cutler!
