Sometimes, the Internet provides us with amazing things. Today is one of those days.
Khloé Kardashian took to Twitter on Sunday to share a throwback Vine video of parents Kris and Bruce Jenner participating in a commercial for the Power Walk Plus treadmill—and the clip is taking us back to the 65-year-old Olympian's days on the Wheaties box!
Although Khloé did not provide any context for the clip (with the exception of the caption #PowerWalkPlus), the video appears to be at least 20 years old and shows Bruce teaching Kris how to properly execute the fitness equipment.
"You can pick it up, but you control the pace, as long as you stay nice and erect, you're gonna be OK," the famous father explains as the Kardashian matriarch walks on the treadmill and demonstrates.
While Bruce's style has most certainly changed since the video was filmed (those shorts! That hair!), Kris is still sporting her signature short 'do while rocking an all-black workout ensemble.
The famous duo has a longstanding professional relationship as the 59-year-old E! star previously managed her ex-husband's career.
And despite the fact that the two finalized their divorce in December 2014 after being married for 23 years, the former couple has remained quite close and continues to be good friends.
"Things are really good," Jenner said last month while co-hosting E! News. "In fact, Bruce will be with the family for Christmas. I mean, it's kind of surprising, and we work together, and we talk all the time and he'll be there on Christmas. We're still family."
