"Oh hello Michael Keaton's son."

So tweeted Mindy Kaling after the 2015 Golden Globe Awards. But really, she was speaking for all us after we checked out the Birdman star's son, songwriter Sean Douglas, when he was name-checked in his dad's emotional acceptance speech, right?

And yes, Keaton is totally aware of the fact that his 31-year-old son is attractive, and admitted he had seen Kaling's tweet about said attractiveness when he chatted with E! News' Maria Menounos on the red carpet at the 2015 SAG Awards, where he's nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama for his work in Birdman.

"He's a good guy," Keaton said of Sean. "He's a nice person and he's a handsome dude."

But why wasn't Sean attending the ceremony with his dad? (Don't worry, he'll be at the Oscars!)

"[He] just came off the road...just in Little Rock with a country band, so he's writing for everybody," Keaton explained of Sean's absence. His only child with ex-wife Caroline McWilliams, Sean's written hits for Demi Lovato, Jason Derulo and Madonna.

But Keaton said he never goes on the road with Sean, telling Maria, "That'd be silly, but I would love to. That'd be embarrassing, hanging out with your dad on the road!"

And Sean becoming a trending topic on Twitter after Keaton name-checked him in his acceptance speech wasn't the only viral moment the actor was a part of at the Golden Globes as a photo he took of Meryl Streep and Margaret Cho, which was photobombed by Benedict Cumberbatch.

While the Internet found the photo hilarious, Keaton admitted he wasn't impressed by the snap. In fact, it's not even on his phone any more.

"I deleted it. I didn't like the way it came out," he said. "I didn't think she was giving me enough. I didn't think she was giving me enough emotion."

Ha! Of course, Keaton was kidding as he eventually revealed, "It wasn't my phone actually!"
